Meal #1

Tofu (Or Grass Fed Beef) & Veggie Stir Fry

Sauteed Napa Cabbage with Garlic & Fermented Black Beans

Steamed Jasmine Rice

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Reheat Stir Fry in a 350 oven, uncovered for 20-30 minutes, until heated throughout.

  • Heat Cabbage in a 350 oven, uncovered for 15-20 minutes, until heated throughout.

  • Cover Rice with foil, and heat in a 350 oven for 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, you could swap containers, and cover rice with a wet paper towel and microwave.


Meal #2

Grilled Beyond Sausage (Or Pan Seared Pork Chops)with Chickpeas, Kale, Onions & Mushroom Gravy

Olive Oil Mashed Potatoes

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Cover Sausage (or Pork Chop) and Gravy Mixture with foil and heat in a 350 oven for 20-30 minutes until heated throughout.

  • Same for Mashed potatoes!


Meal #3

Kimchi Stew with Tofu, Rice Noodles, Mushrooms, Radish & Mustard Greens

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Heat Stew on medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated throughout. This stew can be frozen, but remember to take some out of the glass to allow for expansion!


Meal #4

Spinach & Tofu Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Garlicky Greens & Cannelini Beans

+ (Chicken Sausage)

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Heat Shells in a 350 oven, uncovered for 30-40 minutes until the tops begin to brown and crisp and the “cheese” is melty, and the tomato sauce is bubbling.

  • Heat greens in a 350 oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes, until heated throughout.

  • Heat Chicken Sausage in a 350 oven, uncovered for 10-12 minutes.


Meal #5

Potato, Leek & Corn Chowder (Coconut Milk Base)

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: Heat Soup on medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated throughout. This soup can be frozen, but remember to take some out of the glass to allow for expansion!
