Meal #1
Black Pepper Tofu (or Beef), Broccoli, Snow Pea & Onion Stir Fry
Jasmine Rice
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Saute Stir Fry in a large skillet over medium high heat until warmed throughout.
Heat Jasmine Rice either in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 15-20 minutes, or in the microwave, covered with a wet paper towel.
Meal #2
Beet Poke Bowl with Edamame, Seaweed & Cucumber Salad, Cabbage Slaw with Carrot & Radish, Brown Rice
(+ Seared Salmon)
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Poke Bowl is meant to be eaten chilled! just mix and enjoy!
If you want to warm the salmon, pop uncovered into a 350 oven for 7-9 minutes.
Meal #3
Tofu (or Chicken) Piccata with Capers, Artichokes, Cauliflower, Chickpeas, Mushrooms & Asparagus
Whole Wheat Pasta with Olive Oil
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Piccata can be heated in a large skillet over medium high heat, adding a splash of water as necessary to loosen the sauce. Stir frequently until warmed throughout.
Alternatively, you could heat the piccata in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 25-30 minutes.
Pasta can be heated in a 350 oven, covered in foil for 10-15 minutes, or microwaved with a wet paper towel.

Taco Salad: Black Bean, Corn & Tomato Salad
Romaine, Avocado & Red Onion Salad
Walnut & Hemp Heart Crumble
Spiced Lime Vinaigrette
Crispy Tortilla Strips
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Taco Salad is meant to be served chilled, Toss Romaine salad with Lime Vinaigrette (Mix well first), Plate, and then top with a big dollop of the Corn Salad. Sprinkle with Walnut crumble and tortilla strips. Add avocado on top.

Tuscan Ribollita with Summer Veggies, Basil & Sourdough Croutons
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Soup on medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated throughout. Enjoy with croutons! This soup can be frozen, but remember to take some out of the glass to allow for expansion!
