Meal #1

Tomato & Ginger Braised Tofu (Or + Arctic Char) with Quinoa and Sauteed Garlicky Greens

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Heat the Tofu in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 20-25 minutes until heated throughout.

  • Heat Arctic Char in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 10-15 minutes until heated throughout.

  • Heat Quinoa in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 10-15 minutes until

  • Heat Greens in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 15-20 minutes, or sautee in a frying pan over medium high heat until warmed.


Meal #2

Beyond Burgers (Or + Turkey Burgers) with Coconut Tatziki

Caesar Salad with Radishes & Asparagus, Cashew and Hemp Crumble

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Heat Burgers ina. 350 oven, covered with foil, for 10-15 minutes, serve with coconut tatziki

  • Toss Salad ingredients with dressing and crumble & enjoy!


Meal #3

Tofu (Or + Chicken) and Veggie Stir Fry, Bamboo shoots, Green Beans, Corn, Celery, Carrot

Forbidden Black Rice & Quinoa

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Heat Stir Fry in a Frying Pan over medium high heat until heated throughout

  • Heat Rice/Quinoa in a 350 oven, coverd with foil for 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you could microwave the rice in a different container, covered with a damp paper towel.


Meal #4

Chilled Noodle Salad with Peanut Sauce, Spinach, Zucchini, Red Pepper, Sugar Snap Peas, Edamame Scallion & Carrots

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Toss Noodle Salad with Peanut Sauce. Mix Well, add a spash of water if the peanut sauce gets absorbed too much or looks too dry.


Meal #5

Chilled Gazpacho

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Enjoy Chilled!
