REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Tikka & Veggies, covered with foil, in a 350 oven for 20-25 min until heated throughout. Heat Rice the same way.
Meal #2
Impossible, Lentil & Zucchini Taco Meat or Turkey, Lentil & Zucchini Taco Meat
Sweet Corn and Black Bean Salad with Tomato & Scallion
Charred Tomato Salsa
Flour or Corn tortillas (Or Lettuce Wraps)
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Taco Meat in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 20-25 min until heated throughout.
Serve Salsa and Corn Salad Chilled
Heat Tortillas according to package instructions.
Meal #3
Tamari Ginger Tofu (or Beef) with Bok Choy, Bamboo Shoots & Waterchestnuts
Jasmine & Forbidden Black Rice Or Cauliflower Rice
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Tamari Ginger Tofu (or Beef) in a 350 oven, covered with foil, for 20-25 min until heated throughout.
Heat rice the same way.
Meal #4
Turmeric Roasted Carrot & Spinach Salad with Dill, Braised Chickpeas, Lime-y "Yogurt" Dressing & Toasted Pumpkin Seed Crumble
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Toss all together in a large bowl and enjoy!
You will have more dressing than you need for the salad, save some for the tikka dish!

Red Lentil Dal
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Soup on medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated throughout. This soup can be frozen, but remember to take some out of the glass to allow for expansion!
