REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Reheat Kebabs and Veggies in a 350 oven, uncovered for 20-25 minutes
Reheat Mujadra in a 350 oven, covered for 20-25 minutes
Enjoy with tahini sauce!

Grilled Marinated Tofu with Tomato, Chickpeas & Oregano (or Whole Roasted Lemony Chicken with Tomato, Chickpeas & Oregano)
Couscous with Sugar Snap Peas, Arugula, Mint & Preserved Lemon
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Reheat Tofu/Chicken and Tomato Chickpea mixture in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 20-30 minutes until heated throughout.
Serve couscous salad chilled.

Grilled BBQ Portobellos (or BBQ Chicken Thighs)
Braised Collard Greens Apple Cider Vinegar & Black Eyed Peas
Anson Mills Grits with Sweet Corn
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Reheat BBQ Portobellos/Chicken in a 350 oven, covered with foil, for 20-25 minutes
Heat Collards and Grits in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 20-25 minutes.

Veggie Lasagna - Roasted Summer Veggies, Tofu Ricotta, Vegan Parmesan, Tomato
Summer Salad with Summer Squash, Radish, & Cucumber, Basil Vinaigrette
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Bake Lasagna in a 375 oven, covered with foil for 40 minutes, remove foil and cook for 15-20 minutes more until browned on top and bubbling.
Toss salad with Vinaigrette & Enjoy!

Red Lentil Dal, Coconut & Almond Crumble
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Soup on medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated throughout. Enjoy with crumble! This soup can be frozen, but remember to take some out of the glass to allow for expansion!
