Braised Sea Island Red Peas (OR Lemon & Herb Roasted Halibut)
Farm Greens Salad with Fennel, Dill & Dried Cranberries, Sherry Vinaigrette
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Swiss Chard in a 350 oven, covered for 15-20 minutes.
Heat Sea Island Peas in a small saucepot over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Heat Halibut in a 350 oven, covered with foil, for 12-18 minutes.
Toss Salad with Vinaigrette and enjoy!
Meal #2
Impossible & Zucchini Meatballs (or Turkey & Zucchini Meatballs)
Roasted Cauliflower & Cannelini Beans with Chermoula
Orzo Salad with Pickled Red Onions, Artichokes, Parsley & Olives
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Meatballs in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 15-20 minutes.
Heat Cauliflower mixture in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 12-15 minutes.
Serve Orzo Salad at room temp or chilled.
Meal #3
Stir Fry Bok Choy, Tofu (Or Chicken) & Bamboo Shoots
Jasmine Rice
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Stir Fry in a 350 oven, covered for 25-30 minutes, alternatively, you could heat the stir fry in a saute pan over medium high heat, stirring frequently.
Jasmine can be microwaved with a wet paper towel over it, or heat in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 15-20 minutes.

Saag Paneer (with Tofu)
Red Lentil Dal
Vegetable Biryani with Cashews
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Saag paneer in a saucepot over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Heat Dal in a saucepon over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Biryani can be microwaved with a wet paper towel over it, or heat in a 350 oven, covered with foil for 15-20 minutes.

Lemony Carrot Soup with Toasted Walnut Crumble
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Soup on medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated throughout. This soup can be frozen, but remember to take some out of the glass to allow for expansion!
