REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat the Curry in a saute pan over medium heat, adding a splash of water if it gets too thick. Stir frequently
Heat Rice in a 350 oven, covered in foil, for 15-20 minutes.

Kale & Quinoa Buddah Bowl with Cherry Tomato, Cucumber, Roasted Broccoli, Basil & Green Beans, Peanut Sauce & Peanut Crumble
Miso BBQ Tofu (Or + Miso BBQ Salmon)
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Enjoy Buddah Bowl Chilled or Room Temp.
Heat Miso BBQ Tofu or Miso BBQ Salmon in a 350 oven, uncovered for 10-12 minutes
Meal #3
Veggie Lasagna with Roasted Mushrooms, Zucchini and Broccoli Rabe, Tofu Ricotta, Tomato, Vegan Parm & Mozzarella
Grilled Beyond Sausage with Peppers, Onions & Spinach
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Cover Lasagna with Aluminum Foil and cook in a 350 oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes until the top browns.
Heat Sausage, Peppers and Onions in a 350 oven, covered with foil, for 15-20 minutes.

Beet Salad with Tahini
Potato Salad with Dill, Herbs & Pickles
Arugula & Chicories Salad, Endive, Celery, Fennel, Lemon Vinaigrette

Summer Veggie & Chickpea Soup
REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat Soup on medium low heat, stirring frequently until heated throughout. This soup can be frozen, but remember to take some out of the glass to allow for expansion!
